|Beetroots & Pickled Mustard Seeds|
The first served for that day was the Beetroots & Pickled Mustard Seeds. The taste was quite good. This is the first first I have a try of beetroots and pickled.
|Beef Yellow Onion & Potatoes|
For this dish (Beef Yellow Onion & Potatoes), it really well presented. This dish may look simple but the taste really awesome. I was thinking ask for another plate of it.
|Potato & Cauliflower Soup with White Truffles|
This is Potato & Cauliflower Soup with White Truffles. In this soup there are a piece of cheese. When the soup is pour onto it. When the combination of the cheese and the soup is really awesome. This is one of the cuisine among other dishes.
|Salmon with Apple and Elderflower|
This is my main dish of the day, it call Salmon with Apple and Elderflower. Actually it suppose to be Cod with Apple and Elderflower but it changes on that day. I guess maybe the chef wanted to use easy available ingredients. I thought the apple should me sweet but this really difference. I guess the chef is combining sweet and sour apple. When the time I have my first bite on this, I feel want to eat more and more on this. Highly recommended on this.
|Coconut Pannacotta with Caramelised White Chocolate & Raspberries.|
Last course will be end with dessert. This dessert is really unique. It known as the Coconut Pannacotta with Caramelised White Chocolate & Raspberries. You know why this is unique? It use "Coconut". The pannacotta is really soft and the raspberries is really sweet. It would be the best combination.
Only only that, Jacob Creeks Wine is being served the whole night. You really cant denied to try the wine.
