   Greeting readers. For the past few days, I have been Kazu Sushi at Viva Home for my lunch with my friend. For the information, Kazu Sushi is a Japanese Restaurant. Basically I not really know about Japanese cuisine but my friend is quite familiar with Japanese Cuisine. The look in the shop was really fascinate. 

   While we walk in Kazu Sushi, the worker start with the warm greeting to us. The feeling on that time is totally different.

   Besides that, their service is really good. They always ask whether "do you need to refill your green tea?". They will automatically asked for refill before we asked them to come. I really like their service very much. Sorry for the my poor photo taking skill.

Gyuniku Tataki

This is seared beef with citrus sauce. It have a really good combination. I really do enjoy this very much and the sauce taste a bit sweet sour.

Zara Udon/Soba

This zara udon have cold udon and also buckwheat noddles

Salmon Teriyaki Bento Set

This is set consists of salmon teriyaki, agendashi tofu, dragon fruits, rice, steamed egg white and soup. I will describe this set at the picture below. This is due to every cuisine that provided from this set is really yummy.

This soup was really fascinating me. I thought this soup is just normal chicken soup but it not! This soup consist of  Japanese White Wine( also known as Sake)

This is salmon teriyaki. The salmon taste is really delicious. If I not mistaken, this salmon is fried and has been added with lemon or lime. It makes the salmon really nice taste.

This is agendashi tofu. This is look like ordinary tofu, but is not. This tofu is fried at the bottom part and the top part wasn't fried. This tofu is really awesome. Moreover the tofu is really soft and I do enjoy this.

This is the one that I really unexpected cuisine. Basically it look like egg white that have been stream for quite sometime. I thought this egg white will be hard but it opposite. This egg white is really soft and the taste is really good. Moreover, in this egg white, it still contents some prawn, meat and also slides of mushroom.
